The Toolbar
The toolbar is shown below. Each icon within the toolbar contains a descriptive tool tip to help you identify the function of the icon. To view the tool tip simply move the mouse over the icon.
Toolbar button is the shortcut of the menu item, described as follows:
My Available Catalogs: This allows you to manage many catalogs within your computer or network.
This feature also list statistical information on each catalog in the list.
The Catalog Wizard: Click here to activate the Catalog Wizard in order to quickly setup the structure of your catalog. This is the best way to make sure you have performed all the steps before publishing your catalog.
Index: Click here to search the catalog by predefine keywords. These keywords will be setup by you as you enter the product's information.
Search: Click here to search the catalog using different fields and values.
New: Click here to create a new Catalog.
Open: Click here to open a catalog file.
Save: Click here to save the current file.
Insert: Click here to insert an new item into the catalog.
Bulk Insert: Click here to insert a group of item instead of one at a time. The Personal Archive Creator has many ways of adding items into your catalog. The Insert and Bulk Insert are just a few.
Insert No Pic: Click here to Insert and item with no pictures.
Custom Category: Click here to create and edit your custom category folders.
Category Edition: Click here to edit predefined categories.
Shopping Cart: Click her to access the shopping cart. This is really a working copy of the shopping cart as it would appear on a CD catalog.
CD and Web Publisher: Click here to publish your catalog on a CD, Hard Drive, or HTML format.
Print Publisher: Click here to access the many print functions in order to publish your catalog as a hard copy or PDF document. More Print functions are available using the Printing menu.
