Shortcut Keys
CatalogVX Shortcut keys: Use these key combinations to make your catalog development faster.
Ctrl + O Open a PAC item list from the local or network drive.
Ctrl + S Save the current item list to a PAC file on the local or network drive.
Ctrl + A Save the current item list to a PAC file under a new name.
Ctrl + L To assign a label to the selected items.
Ctrl + R To reset the all labels after a file rename.
Ctrl + C Mark the selected item. (The item from the item list that is highlighted).
If a subcategory is selected, all the items under that subcategory will be mark.
Ctrl + U Unmark the selected item. (The item from the item list that is highlighted).
If a subcategory is selected, all the items under that subcategory will be unmark.
Ctrl + M Merge a PAC item list file from the local or network drive into the item list that is currently open.
Ctrl + P Print the current highlighted image or document from the item list.
Ctrl + V Display the edit dialog, to move all the mark items to another category.
Delete Key Remove the selected item from the item list.
Insert Key Insert a new item or document into the item list from a directory on the local hard drive or network.
Shift + A Open the highlighted item, if possible, and display the image or document in the multi-viewer.
Not all items are able to be opened by the multi-viewer.
Shift + Q Expand the item list.
Shift + W Collapse the item list.
Shift + Z Zoom in on the image that is currently displayed on the multi-viewer.
Shift + X Zoom out on image that is currently displayed on the multi-viewer.
Alt + V Verify the item list.
Alt + E Remove all error items from the item list.
Alt + O Remove all missing items from the item list.
Ctrl + UpArrow Move the current selected item up on the item list.
Ctrl + DownArrow Move the current selected item down on the item list.
