Error Items
When CatalogVX opens an Item list, the software scans for items that have the wrong modification dates on the actual file.
These items are then displayed with a red "E" on the item's icon and are tagged as "Error Items" to the CatalogVX software.
An Item list that contains an Error Item will not be able to be burned unto a CD. This is a safe guard against writing corrupted files to a CD-ROM. For example, it is possible for a virus to change the modification date on a file and allow you to write this file on a CD-ROM. When the file is later read from the CD, the user will be reading a corrupted virus infected file. To prevent this, CatalogVX disallows the writing to a CD-ROM of an Item list that contains a potentially virus infected file. The best thing to do is to remove the Error Item from the image list.
