Missing Items

Missing Items

The item list can be saved at any point during the course of creating an archive.  It is therefore possible to have different Item lists containing the file names and path locations of many different items on your local machine or network drives.  Over time some of the files on an Item list (.pac file),  may have been removed from your machine or network but the saved  Item list still contain the references to the original file names and locations before the rename took place.   When the Item list is loaded into the CatalogVX software, the missing items will be flagged as missing with a red "O" and minus sign in the center.
