Merging Item lists.

 

Merging 2 or more images into the current image.

 

Merging is a very useful feature that allows multiply item list to be combine into one list.  

This process facilitates creating a more complete archive from various lists of items created at different times.

 

Use the merge feature from the Tools menu to add the contents of one item list, stored on a hard drive, 

to the current PAC item list.  This feature adds all documents/items to the same categories that exist 

within both list.  If a category exist in one list and not the other, the category or subcategory is added 

to the end of the current image list.  

 

If you want to merge more than two items, you will need to perform a merge for each new item list you 

want to include as part of the current image.
